How do I install my Lockly® smart lock?
Lockly® smart locks are designed for easy DIY installation and fit most standard doors. Each box includes a detailed step-by-step guide, and you can also follow the 3D video instructions available on the BILT app.
What is the shipping policy for domestic orders?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99 within the continental United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days.
What is the Lockly® return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Does my lock require a hub for remote access?
Most Lockly® models require the Secure Link Wi-Fi Hub to enable remote locking/unlocking and voice assistant integration. However, our 'Wi-Fi' specific models have this technology built directly into the lock.
What happens if the battery dies while I am outside?
All Lockly® smart locks feature a 9V battery backup terminal at the bottom of the exterior unit. Simply hold a 9V battery to the contacts to provide temporary power and enter your access code.
Is my data secure with the Lockly® app?
Yes, we use 256-bit encryption for all data transmissions. Additionally, our patented PIN Genie® technology ensures that your access codes remain private by shuffling the numbers after every use.
